Although I love to read about children I didn't think that this would be the type of book I would enjoy that much. I was wrong. Reading about Bob Greene's daughter, Amanda, was a journey which I could relate to. It reminded me of all the things we tend to forget when our own children have grown up. While the parents are watching their baby grow they are in the process of growing also.
